CRMC FOUNDATION’S
SECOND ANNUAL BIKE The Colusa Regional Medical Center Foundation will hold its 2nd annual “Ride for Life” bicycle ride on Saturday, April 29th. The Ride is open to all ages and all that is required is a bike! Participants are encouraged to decorate their bike and join other riders for a fun filled day. Children are $10, adults $20, family (parents with 2 or more children) $50. The entry fee includes a special 2006 “Ride for Life” T-shirt, BBQ lunch, and ice cream. Lunch and ice cream for non-riders is $5. Local businesses are invited to participate as a Sponsor. Sponsors who contribute $75 may enter up to four riders. Sponsorship without riders is $50. Sponsors will be recognized on signage at the event. Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase equipment for Colusa Regional Medical Center. The community is invited to join the riders at the finish line for the BBQ, an Old Fashion Ice Cream Social and for the ribbon cutting ceremony dedicating the new CRMC Medical Arts Building Complex. Everyone can take part in the behind the scenes tours of the hospital and those in attendance will receive a gift and will have a chance to enter to win a new Raleigh Cruiser bicycle donated by Ray’s Bike Shop. The ride starts at 10:00 a.m., dedication and ribbon cutting is scheduled for 11:30. The bike ride begins and ends at Colusa Regional Medical Center, 199 E. Webster Street, Colusa. The bike ride is approximately 7 miles. Register early by contacting the CRMC Foundation and receive a “Ride for Life” entry form, or for more information on the CRMC Medial Arts ribbon cutting event call (530) 458-5821 ext. 396.
