CRMC Employees and Volunteers

Chief Executive Officer, and Terry Deak, Chief Financial Officer,
roll up their shirt sleeves to show appreciation to hospital
employees and medical staff by manning the barbeque and serving an
appreciation lunch. “We try to find opportunities to let our
employees know how important they are. National Hospital Week is a
good time CRMC has had one of its busiest years on record. During the last fiscal year which ended March, 31, 2007, there were 1,131 patients admitted to the hospital; 220 babies born here; 6,065 people treated in the emergency room; 10,922 cared for in the outpatient clinics; 12, 217 patients who received radiology/x-ray procedures, and 87,614 people who had lab procedures performed. It took 150 staff members working closely with the physicians to provide the 24-hour/7-days a week services to the community. As we move into the new fiscal year, we want to publicly thank all the providers and staff for their contributions to the health of the community. We also want to thank all of the community members for utilizing the services of CRMC and having confidence in our ability to deliver the highest quality care.”
As CRMC starts its new
fiscal year, the CRMC Board of Directors and management team are
completing an updated strategic plan and determining the priorities
for meeting the growing medical services in the community. At the
top of the list is a recruitment and retention effort for physicians
and licensed staff, such as nurses. We will be
