CRMC, Inc., parent company of Colusa
Regional Medical Center, held its annual meeting on
Wednesday evening, July 18, in the hospital lobby.
Brady Myers, President of the Board, welcomed members
and guests, thanking them for their dedication and
continued support of CRMC. Dale Kirby, CRMC CEO, Terry
Deak, CFO, and Charla Parker, Director of Planning and
Program Development, provided a review of hospital
activity for the past year.
Myers announced election results for
the three Board of Directors seats open for election
this year. Incumbents Ray Krause and Nancy Newlin, both
long-time board members from Colusa, won reelection to
three years terms. Gary Teragawa, also of Colusa, was
elected as the newest board member to serve a three year
term. Myers expressed his appreciation to the eight
candidates who "threw their hats into the ring,"
indicating this was the largest slate of candidates to
ever run for CRMC board positions. "The people of
Colusa County recognize what an important asset CRMC is,
and outstanding board members such as these are critical
to helping lead CRMC into the future. Thank you for
your willingness to serve."
Lastly, former board member and
long-time hospital employee Sally Steidlmayer, RN, was
presented with a commemorative plaque and flowers
recognizing her many years of service to CRMC.
Colusa Regional Medical Center is an equal opportunity
