CRMC TAKES FIRST PLACE

who travel here from throughout Northern California to enjoy fair
festivities. Hundreds lined Market Street for the annual Fair
Parade through the city of Colusa, the official kick-off of Fair
week. One of a record 61 parade entries, Colusa Regional Medical
Center’s float named, “Every Patient Is A Star,” stole the show and
was awarded first place in the float division. Designed and created
by CRMC staff over the course of several weeks, the float carried
doctors, nurses, friends and supporters enthusiastically showcasing
our local hospital. “Nearly a dozen people worked together to make
our float possible, and we are thrilled to win first place,” said
Ken Flagor, architect and chief builder along with his wife, Shirley
Barnett-Flagor, RN, Manager of CRMC’s medical/surgical unit. Way to
go team!!
